Ingredients:- 1½ cup whole milk
- 1 cup sugar (granulated)
- cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Gather all ingredients.
- In a bowl, pour milk, cocoa powder, and sugar.
- Whisk these ingredients together until sugar dissolves completely.
- In another bowl, pour the heavy cream and whisk it until it forms stiff foamy peaks.
- Now fold the whipped cream and vanilla extract into the cocoa powder mixture.
- Now place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, take out the bowl. Now give it a gentle stir according to the directions of the ice cream maker.
- Now freeze the ice cream in the freezer for about 1 to 2 hours.
- When ice cream is ready, eat it immediately.
You can store your ice cream in an airtight container or plastic Ziploc bag. You need to make sure you are preserving it in the back of the freezer. It will help in conserving the flavor and texture of ice cream. You can store your ice cream in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
