Genesis

The system of preserving perishable food items is not old, but has been there since the ancient times. The arrival of modern systems of keeping the many food items that may get spoilt during the time when the temperature is very high or due to bacteria, formation has helped people in preserving food for a long time. The concept was devised and developed by the ancient Egyptians in the early sixteenth century where mediaeval systems of food preservation were prevalent. This has been recorded in many accounts of the early Egyptian civilization, which has been informed and told by many renowned historians. The later invention of the modern fridge has just helped all to keep food preserved for a really long period of time. The modern fridge was invented by the Germans in the last century. A fridge essentially works on the principle of compressor based technology that is used in many other devices, and uses a conventional compressor. The concept of refrigerated storage comes very handy for those people who are in need of work and hardly have any time to go and buy food items every day.

The use of fridge

The fridge was invented in Germany by a scientist who was working on a project to use the metal body of a steel object to cool hot items, and it was then this idea struck his mind. This device is very useful while keeping important medicines in cold storage or else the medicines will get permanently damaged and thereby become useless. To prevent this from happening special types of cold storage devices are there, which are used for the sole purpose of keeping the medicines in good shape, for use at a later point of time. Many types of fridges are available in the market these days, depending on the size and utility of the model. Many such models are made by the manufacturers who make each model keeping the needs and demands of the users. They even customize them as per their clients’ needs. The fridge is essentially made up of a full steel and aluminum body that is very hard and durable. This is done to ensure that any substance which is to be kept under Refrigerated Storage does not get damaged or spoilt by outside conditions and temperature as the metal body restricts the flow of outside air onto the internal body of the fridge. Thus, the fridge is an indispensable product for anybody who uses perishable products.
