  1. Don't mess with your acne. Benefits :If you have acne-prone skin, it is necessary to be gentle with your skin. Don't over wash your face as it can cause acne breakouts. Also, you should never pick or pop-out the pimple on your face. This can cause marks on your face.
  2. Reduce the sugar intake.Benefits :Consuming more sugar will gradually increase the insulin level in your body. This will further inflammation and break-outs on your skin. Avoiding and limiting the sugar intake can prevent your skin from damages and make your skin remain calm, soft and smooth.
