SOLID BRAKE DISCSThe most common style, we've developed more than 1000 solid brake disc rotors. These can vary in size drastically; smaller sized solid discs can be found on the rear of a motorcycle with larger sizes found on the front. The precision and material consistency is crucial for a long lasting brake disc, especially for those of a larger size.

FLOATING BRAKE DISCSThere's more than meets the eye when it comes to this style of brake disc. Additional tolerances and quality control measures are needed throughout the grinding, machining and assembly process to guarantee they serve until their wear limit. The two-piece construction of a floating disc allows for greater heat expenditure under heavier braking loads. Some carriers will come in either steel or alloy using our own preferred washer and rivet system best suited to carrier material and outer thickness.

BRAKE DISC REFURBISHMENTMetalGear International offers specialty refurbishment services. This is particularly favourable for older discs with a rivetted set up. The refurbishment process is quite extensive and we prefer to make a full examination of your current discs before commencing any work. Your disc will be revived by adding a new braking surface, reconditioning the carrier, finishing with our signature bolt system replacing the rivets.

ORGANIC PLUS BRAKE PADSMetalGear Organic PLUS is a semi-composite compound. It is developed for riders who prefer the brake performance and feel of organic brake pads but need that little extra stopping power. In addition to everyday riding this compound is ideal for larger CC bikes such as touring and cruiser bikes. The gentle formula will deliver functional braking performance whilst substantially increasing disc life. Suitable for;

SINTERED BRAKE PADSTrue to its sintered form, MetalGear’s own Premium Sintered Brake Pads are formulated to suit a wide variety of motorcycles that need direct and controlled performance, especially in demanding environments. Sintered brake pads will handle higher operating temperatures and perform in dry, wet, sandy and muddy conditions. Suitable for;

SINTERED S2 BRAKE PADSWe've tested various blends of friction material in different conditions and are proud to release the next generation of MetalGear's sintered brake pad. S2 Sintered brake pads boast increased braking performance, reduced brake fade and longer life on the street or dirt. We've developed our formula to improve power delivery with a more linear and progressive brake feel. Suitable for;
