  • Press and hold the Wireless button for five seconds, or until the wireless light blinks, on printers without a touchscreen control panel. Press and hold the WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) button on the router for two minutes until the connection process starts. When the connection is complete, the printer's wireless light stops blinking.

AirPrint allows you to print wirelessly

  • Open the AirPrint app on your device from which you want to print.
  • Tap the app's share icon — reply symbol or share icon — or tap to see the print option.
  • Scroll down and press the printer icon or the Print button.
  • Select an AirPrint-compatible printer by tapping Select Printer.
