RiM LaS is providing a professional testing machine, the Portable"Leeb Hardness Tester" Hardness Tester is a hardness testing machine. It is generally used to determine the hardness of metals before they are put to use in various production processes. Chemical facilities, refineries, and pipeline production units all use hardness testers. In comparison to the usual testing machine configuration, this form of testing equipment has been designed to provide speedy testing service. In some practical sectors, there is a physical manner of using the tool, which is complemented by other tools depending on the application.
Why use a hardness tester tool?

RiM LaS is providing two types of hardness tester.
1.Leeb hardness tester TKM-359CE - The TKM 359CE is a high-precision rebound hardness tester designed for fast measurements of metal products in laboratory, factory, and field settings. The device is designed for non-destructive quality assurance testing in metallurgy, mechanical engineering, aerospace, shipbuilding, nuclear power, and the oil and gas industries. Hardness tester functions by Leeb method.
The usage of a portable hardness tester is based on the rebound method, which allows for easy measurement of a body's direct velocity. It is done both before and after the material is used in the manufacturing process. The ratio of velocities before and after, on the other hand, can be used to determine the material's quality and hardness, as well as if it is suitable for usage. Furthermore, the raw material velocity can be altered to other scales and thus saved in the machine for use in a variety of applications. As a result, the rebound method aids in accurately calculating the item's hardness value before use.
2.UCI hardness tester TKM-459CE - High precision UCI hardness tester TKM-459CE intended for quick measuring of metal items’ hardness in laboratorial, manufacturing, and field conditions. The device is intended for non-destructive testing of production quality in metallurgy, mechanical engineering, aircraft, shipbuilding, atomic industry, oil, and gas industry.
The UCI approach is used to operate the hardness tester (Ultrasonic Contact Impedance) Housing that is impact resistant and ergonomic (IP 65) Items with surface-hardened layers such as cementation, nitride hardening, and high frequency current hardening; heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and non-corrosive steels; plated coating (chrome), overlaying; and items with complex arrangement.
