Sync ETA clients and trial/delivery appointments with google account.

You can now automate the syncing of client’s information and other contacts with the chosen google account. You are also able to create appointments notify clients directly from your ETA account and let Google Calendar take care of the rest of the notifications process.

Enable Google account for syncing:-

  • Go to setup> system settingàGoogle sync.
  • Enable link your google account with ETA? Option and click submit from top right.
  • Once the above is enabled you can then see anew button pop-up with named as Authorize Google.com to sync contacts and Calendar.
  • On successful verification, Google now authorizes your ETA account to sync with your authorized google account.

After the above steps, whoever creates or edits client information or other contacts from your ETA account for your business, it should start reflecting in your authorized Google account.

To sync your trial/delivery appointments with Google Calendar simply open any invoice or client and find the option named as appointments under actions on top right corner.
