Working of Screwdriver:-

Working of Kilews screwdriver is very simple and easy which is based on the clutch mechanism in which clutch is used to set the required torque and tool is connected through controller using tool cable. After every tightening tool give a signal to the controller whether the tightening is OK or Not OK. Therefore, The PCB measures the current used in the tightening and converts it into the desired torque unit. OK. RPM controlled tightening –

KILEWS electric screwdriver accompanies counter controller (SKP-BC-32/40HLN), this counter controller is used for screw counting, and also this counter is in a position to setting running speed & timing by Slow-Start function. Displaying the number of unfinished screw counts, the user can add an external sensor switch to stop operation errors. Buzzer alert while any NG is coming during a fastening cycle. The running speed or RPM of an electric screwdriver can be controlled by the KILEWS counter controller. RPM of screwdriver is controlled by slow start function, in this setting starting speed concerning time does control. The time range for running the screwdriver in set RPM is 0.1 to 9.9Second and the Speed controlling range is from 30% to 90% (from max. RPM of a screwdriver). In this slow start, the RPM user can control starting RPM for tightening (this is very useful for proper seating the bolt-on joint), and after the slow start, the time screwdriver will work on its original RPM. With the help of Auto-Learning function, we will calculate the screw tightening time and with the assistance of this point, the value user can set slow start time and RPM value. Auto learning is using Electric Screwdriver to lock screws practically, memorize the screwing time from starting to complete fastening automatically.
