Step 1 – HACCP assessment & recommendation

The HACCP assessor reviews all HACCP documents of your food business to ensure that they are HACCP system compliant. The IAS auditor will assess your HACCP compliance by considering both your pre-and onsite HACCP assessments.

Step 2 – HACCP audit

Based on the HACCP assessment report, the IAS HACCP auditor will execute an HACCP system audit to verify your HACCP compliance. On the basis of the HACCP audit results, an HACCP certification audit report will be generated. This report includes HACCP certification recommendations.

Step 3 – HACCP Certification

On the basis of the HACCP assessment and HACCP audit report, IAS HACCP certification will issue a HACCP certificate to your enterprise. This HACCP certificate is issued only on successful completion of all HACCP audits and upon meeting the HACCP Certification standard. Step 4 – HACCP Training

Cost Of HACCP Certification

IAS HACCP certification fee includes HACCP training and HACCP certification. HACCP certification cost varies as per the standard requirements and other factors such as:

• The number of HACCP hazards and CCPs that must be addressed in the HACCP plan

IAS HACCP certification fee includes HACCP training in Hong Kong. It is granted only after the completion of all HACCP audits at your site by IAS HACCP auditors in Hong Kong. The time taken for HACCP assessment & recommendation, HACCP audit, HACCP certification depends on the HACCP standard requirements. HACCP certification cost also varies with HACCP system complexity.

The minimum IAS HACCP certification fee is HKD 30,000.

Time For HACCP Certification

HACCP Audit Schedule HACCP certification process will be completed within 6 months to 1 year depending on the HACCP audit scheduling. HACCP Training The duration of HACCP training is 5 days for the HACCP foundation or 3 days for HACCP advanced course. HACCP Training HACCP certification is valid for 3 years, after which HACCP re-certification must be done by repeating the HACCP audit and HACCP training.
