- Emotions and wanting to please everyone:.Women are more emotional and this sometime hinders a women ability to take tough decision. Women appreciate the importance of relationship but to achieve their goal they have to be direct and not let emotions empower their aims and goals for their business.
- Afraid of Failure:.Women tends to be afraid of failure due to which she hesitate in taking tough decision or task that requires risk taking. You need to have massive failure to have massive success. Never be afraid of failure. To become successful one has to experience failure and should not hesitate in taking risk.
