Packaging that binds your products with excellence
Packing and transporting goods, cargo, etc, safely is inevitable. Therefore, it is essential that we do not sacrifice quality for safe product transportation. Pallet wraps are used to ensure this. Along with carefully guarding the goods, they also shield them from the elements like dust and temperature variations. These wraps preserve the essence of the original goods. Depending on the length, thickness, and width, these come in a range of alternatives. Based on your demands, you can select the best option. It is user-friendly, has low tearing potential, and is simple to clean. It is suitable for both small items and large cargoes.
Pallet wrap is a material that can be stretched to great lengths. LLDPE – linear low-density polyethylene, is used to make it. Usually applied to goods on the pallets. The products are kept safe and firmly attached to the pallet using pallet wrap. Extra support from this wrap helps goods withstand transit and weather conditions with less damage.
Shrink wrap is another well-known name for pallet wrap. As it shrinks, the wrap takes on a flexible shape and fits around the product. There are also tinted or colored pallet wraps available. Electronics products go well with black pallet coverings. Products that cannot be directly exposed to the sun can be wrapped in tinted pallet coverings. Most firms and warehouses that export or carry goods in batches utilize pallet wrap. Pallet wrap is adaptable and 300 percent stretchy. The elastic recovery once stretched and wrapped around things, assures the safety of the goods.

There are two ways to make pallet wrap: Cast and blown. The melted resin is shaped by forcing it through a die and is air-cooled. This approach is a blown method. This method provides a superior cling quality but is slow and expensive. By pushing the molten resin through a slot die, the resin is formed, and rollers cool it. That is the casting method. Although comparatively quick and less expensive, this procedure offers a lower level of cling quality. So basically it’s just a continuous plastic roll with distinct viscosity.
Pallet wrapping can be done by hand or automatically by a machine. Wrapping manually takes time. Additionally, it is exhausting to wrap large quantities of items. Automatic wrapping is also better and more effective. The automatic wrapping machine uses a conveyor to mechanically wrap, seal, and cut automatically.
We offer pallet coverings in two different varieties. A standard core and an extended core. The inner core extends beyond their film in extended pallet wraps. The standard ones, however, have a normal extended capacity. Our rolls are of the highest quality and are both dust and tear-proof. The wrap can be fixed without adhesives. Quick and simple to use, thus are more user-friendly.
