What time will do you pick up your customers on departure day?

We generally recommend a pick-up time frame for your airport transfer service of around three hours before your flight departure. While, for those clients who will use shared shuttle or shuttle-bus, we strongly advise them to book your pickup time at least 3 hours prior to flight departure time.

How long does it take transfer your passenger to and from the airport?

The journey to and from the airport usually takes around 25 minutes by car and up to 1 hour if there is heavy traffic.

Where do we meet our driver? How do we recognize our driver?

When you arrive at the airport, our driver will be holding a very clear banner with our company logo and your given passenger’s name printed on it.

Do children count?

Yes, above the age of 6 years, we do count as they are required, but below the age of 6 years, we provide them free of charge seats. Please leave a note for us in your booking form telling us how many kids you’ll have with you.

Do you charge an extra price for pick-up and drop-off in different locations within the city?

Our transfer price includes pick-up and drop-off services. If your party is going to more than two hotels or extra address is outside of the city centre, then there may be an extra charge. If this is the case, you’ll be told about it in your confirmation email after you’ve booked your service with us.

What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

All flights are monitored for delays, to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time. In the case that your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated to the arrival time of your flight.
