NCR Flat-Buyers Push For Realty Bill This Session To Protect Their Interests
Even in the last few years, home buyers experienced lots of difficulty in buying homes. There were no strict rules and control over home buying. The Need for Change:
This situation not only created problems for home buyers, but also for reputed real estate leaders. The real estate regulation and development bill of 2013 was a huge problem to lots of people. Home buyers in the NCR regions had experienced a huge upsurge in price. Currently, the bill is more in favour of the real estate builders and not the buyers. As a result, buyers feel that their interests and rights are not protected. There are no specific laws for builders due to which they are not following any specifications while building projects.
