These leaders are mentors of the people, and they discuss not only office problems but also external problems that may affect the psyche of the employee and that, in turn, impact their work.

However, authority does come with the role, but to exert influence over your employees, you need that extra help from training with professionals. Learning how to change your behavior to suit the situations and the emotional context of the environment is the best style a leader can utilize.

The value system concentrates on internal problems and helps employees understand how their personal lives affect their work. These leaders coach their employees on balancing the stresses and doing their jobs effectively.

  2. Emotional Relationships – Emotions are the primary basis of a long-term relationship in the workplace. You are inspired and emotionally connected to your leader, which means you see them as an example of excellence.

  3. Negative relationships that are toxic- Toxic relationships in the workplace are rampant and exist when there is an unhealthy competition or too much aggressiveness.
