Easy trek in Everest, starts with flight to Edmund Hilary airport at Lukla and then heads upstream Bhote Koshi River crossing several times on suspension bridges. The ridge above Namche bazaar at 3,440 m gives the first glimpse of Mt Everest. The hidden village of Khumjung at the base of their sacred mountain Khumbi-La exhibits the day to day life of Sherpa people.

Alternatively, a circuit of Namche – Thame – Kongde avoids the seasonal trekkers’ crowd and allows one to enjoy the less explored Himalayan scenery and Sherpa culture.
