To support the client's SaaS platform and facilitate its recruiting function, we undertook the task of enriching and segmenting a large pool of potential contacts. The client had a broad list of target contacts based on criteria such as job level, department, and location. Our task was to filter out the relevant contacts and provide enriched data, including their, department, skills, email addresses, and years of experience.

Key Deliverables:
  1. Target Contact List Development:

    We collaborated with the client to build a list of 96,000+ potential candidates fitting specific criteria. These contacts were organized and segmented based on key characteristics, including:

    • Job Level: Entry, Mid, Senior, and Executive levels.

    • Department: Operations, Finance, IT, Product, etc.

    • Location: Geographically relevant to the client’s hiring needs.

  2. Email Extraction and Experience Data:

    Utilizing advanced extraction tools such as LinkedIn, Clay, and Dataminer, we successfully extracted emails for these contacts while ensuring the data was aligned with the client’s requirements. Additionally, we enriched each contact with relevant experience details, including total years of experience, ensuring that only the most qualified candidates were targeted.

  3. Ongoing Data Enrichment:

    Given the scale and growing need of the client, we maintained a steady workflow to ensure the data was consistently updated, expanded, and segmented. We trained team members to enhance the output of the data extraction process, maintaining high-quality standards as the client’s needs evolved.
