When a spouse or a parent moves out of the country on work and settles in another country, though the prospect of his or her future and career may seem exciting and promising, but the thought of having to stay separated by vast distance is something that brings a lot of pain and sadness. The visa is granted to either the husband or wife of a person working in the UK or a dependent child below the age of 18 or a child above the age of 18 if they are currently in UK. The visa is also given in cases where the visa aspirant is a partner of the visa holder or needs to visit to get married to the visa holder. However, the dependent visa is available only for those who have a UK tier 2 work permit from India. Moving to a new country is something that brings the hope of excitement and happy memories.
