Overview of Kedarkantha TrekSoaring to approximately 12,500 ft (3,810 m) against the backdrop of the eastern flank, the peaks afford expansive views over other famous mountains of the range: Swargarohini, the Black Peak (Kalanag) and the Bandarpoonch. You walk tentatively on the this smooth but unpredictable path through picture perfect Himalayan villagers, a frozen thatch, dense pine and oak thickets and miles of snowglobe white-out.

Day 2: Mori> Purola> Mussoorie (Do not try to drive beyond 8–9 hours to reach Mori)
A Trek Base Camp of Kedarkantha – Sankri Village.
Overnight stay in guesthouse/homestay.
Day 2: Sankri to Juda Ka Talab (2,775 m / 9,100 ft)
Distance: 4 km | Time: 4 – 5 hrs
Wading through the hickory and maple woods
Camp overnight beside the lake.
Departure Day Three: from Juda Ka Talab to Kedarkantha Base Camp (3,400 m)
