Lindsay Lohan smokes a cigarette in off-the-shoulder floral dress before joining new man Mathia Milani on romantic stroll in Italy
She has been celebrating completing her eight-year probation period with a leisurely trip to Italy.
And Lindsay Lohan looked relaxed and carefree as she smoked a roll-up cigarette as she made a phone call while out and about in the popular tourist destination.
She later caught up with her new boyfriend, Italian businessman, Mathia Milani as they went sightseeing around the historical area together.
The 28-year-old actress, who has been linked to her man since April, showed off her slim figure in a patterned blue off-the-shoulder summer dress.
She highlighted her small waist with a black and gold Chanel belt while she donned beige Repetto shoes.
Completing her look with tortoise print glasses and a small Hermes handbag, while she also totted an illustrated canvas bag.
Lindsay has clearly been enjoying the trip as she captioned an Instagram snap saying: 'I love Italy and my family's country bellissima amore'.
The night before Lindsay turned heads in a gorgeous white gown at the Art Biennale Party hosted by Mr. Emir Uyar, which was held at the St Regis Venice San Clemente Palace.
The lavish affair marked Lindsay's first public appearance after she was praised as 'responsible and professional' in court documents as she was taken off probation for the first time in almost eight years.
The Hollywood starlet has completed her community service in a 2012 reckless driving case, a judge found on Thursday, allowing her to leave probation for the first time since 2007.
Lindsay was required to finish more than 100 hours of community service in the case in addition to rehabilitation and therapy.
In supporting papers from LGBTQ organisation the Ali Forney Center, Director of Development Alexander Roque listed her tasks, which included cleaning donated goods and mail sorting.
The report states that the star reported to shifts on time and 'demonstrated a responsible and professional demeanor' throughout.
Lindsay told MailOnline in a statement: 'I am very grateful to those at Brooklyn Community Services, Duffield and The Ali Forney Center for welcoming me into their services and allowing me to finish my court ordered Community Service hours.
'Thank you to Shawn and everyone involved for having faith in me and supporting me in getting the job done.
'I look forward to working with The Ali Forney Center and BCS in the future. Thank you for the inspiration. Clean slate. Fresh start. Bless.'
