Meditation is considered as a mind-only practice and running as a body-only practice. This is the reason yoga is found to be fabulous in its ability to help people in losing weight. Even the young generation, including the elders have started practicing yoga as a way to change the mind and body. Many fitness communities have adopt yoga a lot these days to stay fit and healthy. All you need to do is buy a mat and start practicing yoga at home parks or wherever it is feasible for you.
