Innovative mechanical inventions have been always making their way. One among them is quartet valves system for gasoline and diesel engines.

Lets first discuss the difference between the major difference between diesel and gasoline engines…..The main difference it seems is the way these explosions happen. In a gasoline engine fuel is first mixed with air, compressed by pistons and ignited by sparks from spark plugs. In a diesel engine on the other hand the air is first compressed and then the fuel is injected.

But theoretically both the engines are very similar. Both are internal combustion engines designed to transform the chemical energy in fuel into mechanical energy. This mechanical energy moves pistons up and down inside cylinders.

Both the engine types have quartet valves system. Quartet valves system is used to make the head of the Cylinderhead movable and there is wizard Cylinderhead which allows the exhaust gas a capability of escaping with four holes of the entire valves located on top of the Cylinderhead and for the inlet of the air it’s replaced with entire moving of the roof of the Cylinderhead as one big valve of enhanced inlet of the air. This valve when it open it has the four holes of the source of release valves with the outline of the big valve which constitute the top of the cylinder.

This system enhances the engine’s intake of more air by increasing the entry of inlet so the old Cylinderhead have an handicap, it’s about the non capability of making more then two hole for the inlet in the top of the Cylinderhead, because of the necessity of the holes of the exhaust release, then the engineers made various ways in order to perform the air circulation of the engine.

With this innovation, one can create more then the two classical valves of air admission… It’s to rotate the head of the Cylinderhead, and here we have the wizard Cylinderhead which helps the exhaust gas the high chances of escaping with four holes of the valves situated on top of the Cylinderhead, and for the inlet of the air it’s replaced with entire moving of the roof of the Cylinderhead as one big valve of admission of the air, this valve when it open it have the four holes of the places of release valves with the outline of the entire big valve which constitute the top of the cylinder.

The inlet of the air is faster and the release of exhaust is certain since it makes the air enter rapidly and with massive volume, then the case in conventional motors. With this new system of quartet valves that moves simultaneously, a very powerful engine can be manufactured; more powerful without a turbo charger and it’s complexity.

If this new system is enhanced with the Turbo, it would make the Diesel engine or the others more powered by the air and it can be more economical then the conventional one.

This is a new system of air circulation.

The four valves moves simultaneously for release of air.

One big valve with four holes for air inlet, it constitute the roof of the cylinder.

More power is available without need of a turbo.

In the Cylinderhead, the tree of CAMs can do both the roles, as the conventional ones; else it can be made independently for the inlet valves only.

Limitation:

It makes the engine circulate more air by enhancing the entry.
