Recruitment is one of the most challenging tasks for the consultancy agencies because if it goes wrong, everything might turn upside down. The recruitment consultancies and companies need to work hard to bring the treasure out in the form of ideal candidate. Not matter what your size is, you have to try your best to complete the challenge within given time. Some think that, the process is tedious to finish within stipulated days because of lack of resources while others find it difficult due to appropriate documentation process. There are ample of challenges, but they get better with times. One of the foremost challenges that recruitment consultants face is the scarcity of commitment of the aspirants. Though, candidates and clients, both are equally important for the recruitment consultants but, making good relations with both of them at the same time is difficult task.

1. Rent of space

Availability of space is one of the biggest problems that recruitment agencies are facing since the economic downfall has happened. Huge office rent and low count of clients becomes difficult to maintain every month.

2. Building the aspirant database

When you are fresher in any field, it is obvious that you won’t have massive database of applicants. Instead, you have to start from the very beginning; this is another challenge that a recruitment company has to face.

3. Competition

When you are new in market, it is obvious that there are ample of competitors present in the market. Second, you have to provide training to your recruiters for effective qualification process; identification of clients and indulging them interview are important facets of recruitment procedure.

4. Best tools at low cost

With the rapid development of technology in every field, it becomes very easy to organize the work. But, the main problem lies somewhere else. These tools are expensive therefore; it is difficult for a new recruiter to afford them due to budget constraints.

5. Workforce is not enough

The continuity of business volatility enhances the data-driven environment for recruitment consultants. The only way to complete planning is implementation of data but the problem arises when talented people don’t know how to drive the data.

Recruitment from colleges has solved the recruitment challenges for consultant companies. The academic institutions have broadened the range of passive students. The only thing that one should keep in mind is to make sure about the market research to meet the expectation of fresher graduates.
