Beauty matters everywhere – hope you all have watched the movie of Raj Kapoor’s satyam shivam sundram, we can’t forget the beauties of the babies of animals besides we know that they are very much harmful for us and you also can’t forget the Ramayan where Sh. Ravan died because he wanted Shr. Sita because she was so beautiful. Now you all can imagine the power of beauty which matters to all sectors in our world. The Face is the identity of everything and works like magnet to force the people to know more about it and think about it. If you are hungry so you would like to go in the neat and clean restaurant instead of an unclean place, how will you recognize, which place is better for you to go.Everybody roams and looks the face of the restaurant then they enter in which restaurant has the most good and attractive front face.
The first impression of any product, person and place etc… makes our mind about it. If our mind likes it so it never likes to check the background of that thing because it has turned our mind in the positivity about it and if our mind don’t likeit so it never want to think about, we forget it. This is the main reason we make ourselves beautiful so nobody can reject us to date. The same trick have been maintained to sell the products in every sector as per the situation, product, trend, competitors and researching the market.
Today I will write about how much front face matter to any of the real estate/property Mohali. The real estate sector is growing well everywhere in the world and also in India therefore the contribution in India’s GDP of real estate is about 7%. The builders and Constructors are delivering their projects everyday and starting the new projects daily. Every builder or a constructer want to sell their project quickly and like to give the best view from every angle of the project but they work specially and much more on the front face of the building than other side because everyone like the beauty. After making the designs of a project, builder starts the construction of the building. A project takes at least 2 year duration to finish. But all the apartments and flats would be booked at the time of construction and it depends majorly on the front face of the building because Any of the people would look at the design of building but first of all they will look atthe front face of the building and will make mind about it because it’s the entrance and identity of the project then they will decide to understand the project and will keen to know deeply about it.,/p>
The much interactive face is the much responsive than other faces. Nobody likes to know about the things which are not much attractive. If anybody likes to own a property so they would like to hear the good things about it from their friends and relative who will not come in the house every day but they will never forget the beauty and can identify the house in the dreams also. If they will cross from the site they will remember that here my relative or friend lives. They also would like to own the apartment there because of the beauty and attraction of the building which has been made by the front face of the building.
Complete marketing and selling strategies are depending on the attraction and beauty. In the catalogue, leaflet and at online promotion builder give use the front face view of the site which has been used to increase the curiosity to know about the property and after they maintain other required information. The front face helps to describe and identify the builder’s name, reputation and the goodwill in the market of that builder. The much reputed builder required the much attractive front face because a not interactive face would be the negative point in regards to the goodwill of that builder. All the builders spend lot of money to decorate the front face of the site for which they use the logo of the brand and decorate try to give some look, sometimes they make the greening for which they have to secure a much space than tricks……!!! And many things they have to do to build an attractive front face. Also, it helps the sales and marketing executives to present the project to the client and they would not be unanswerable if the client dislikes the first page of the catalogue because it is not attractive.
Making the logo at the front of the site will completely brief about the builder’s name or group. Which is the one time investment for the full life and a live advertisement itself but making the logo is not an easy task at the front face. Itneeded very much money and time which is a challenge also. Because face should describe the name of the builder as well as must have to link with the project otherwise it might look so odd. The maintenance cost is also much higher than other kind of faces. So builders sometimes write the name of the group and build the face to describe the place and try describing about the property or nature near to it. Greening works everywhere because nature can attract anybody. Nature is so beautiful itself. So many builders decorate the front with the plants and trees which gives a different look than kind of faces. As it changes the mind of client and force them to think about the place or site. They feel that they will connect to the nature and site is not polluted because of greenness of site. Building a greening front face is good, unique and natural but it needed too much space to give an unexceptional look of the front. It also needs to decorate daily and have to treat the plants and trees like children because their growing every day.
