power banks

Power banks are growing very quickly and the reason for that is because power banks are portable chargers that can bet taken anywhere. For the most part, we usually use USB wall chargers and other stationary charging electronics such as car chargers or Wireless chargers; even though those types of charging electronics offer powerful charging and lots of USB charging ports, the flaw is that our devices have to stay in a sing place for charging to take place.

With that said, now that power banks are becoming more and more popular, there are now quite a lot of companies on the market that are selling power banks. That has resulted in there being more competition and the competition has led to the innovation of power banks as well. With all this innovation happening this means that there are newer types of power banks on the market that have different abilities and make them useful in their own ways. Let’s take a look at these innovative types of power banks.

Built-in Cables

Power banks are one of those charging electronics that you’re always going to want to have a charging cable with. The reason for that is because most other charging electronics such as USB wall chargers, car chargers, and Wireless Chargers always have a charging cable with them since they’re stationary. With power banks being portable, we may borrow a charging cable from a stationary charger but there are times that you can forget to bring a charging cable along with your power bank. If that happens, then you’re stuck with a portable charger that you cannot use.

With all that said, that is why there are power banks that have their own built-in cables and these ones are most reliable. By choosing the power bank that has a built-in that you use the most, the charger will always be reliable to use as long as it has a power capacity. Another reason that these power banks are so great is that they have can have two built-in charging cables, a USB port that you can use any charging cable with and also other built-in components such as an AC Adapter or a USB cable that can be used to recharge the power bank itself.

Rugged Power banks

Most electronics are not able to withstand tough treatment such as dropping onto the hard ground or getting exposed to too much water. However, there are power banks that are able to withstand these harsh conditions and those are called Rugged power banks.

Rugged power banks are just like any other normal charger, however, these ones have protections with their body structure that allow them to withstand things that normal ones cannot. According to ChargerHarbor, they’re shockproof because these types of power banks can survive a drop onto the hard ground. Another impressive thing about these power banks is that they’re able to withstand water exposure and that’s only done when the charger is not in use and its USB charging ports are covered by a USB charging cover.

Power Banks that have High Power Capacities

One of the most used types of power banks are ones that have low power capacities and the reason for that is because those types of power banks are very small and lightweight too. However, as portable as these power banks are, the flaw with them is that they have very low powering capabilities.

Which is why it’s better to own a power bank that has a high power capacity, and that’s because they have more power capacity to use. These types of power banks can have 20,000mAh to 30,000mAh of power and that means they’re able to charge most smartphones and tablets to their full power multiple times and in most cases, the power bank will still have power left over. Another amazing powering capability is that they have multiple USB charging ports so you can charge lots of devices at once, and doing so with a portable charger that you can go anywhere with is something that is truly convenient.
