Therefore, a National Revolution by the people and the Representatives of the black natives of the country against the same is certainly the need of the hour.

Before we try to find a solution, we should first understand the logic and the structure behind this White Colonialism.This structure which originated well during the apartheid era, when the country was under crisis related to its Socio Economic structure and also the Political instabilities going around. The Natives of the country were fighting their battle for survival at the toughest of the Circumstances with low wages. Its worth mentioning here that they are amongst the lowest paid and most overworked in the in the country. Moreover they get the lowest deals amongst the hands of the white suppliers and banking institutions in terms of Small businesses and get to work around in the economically backward conditions altogether.

Moreover, amidst the White capitalist, black natives’ falls at the bottom most position in the hierarchy. It’s worth mentioning here, that white capitalist holds the elite position that holds the most of the shares holds top designations and hence get to deal with the already dominant white capitalist which further expands their influence in the country. It must be noted that as per a report by Commission for Employment Equity’s it’s been stated that the whites still dominates by holding the majority of the top designations in South Africa (over 68%), even when they only constitutes a mere 9% of the population.It’s the nexus of all those top shots in the capital structure and in the Country’s politics that as a whole controls the economy of the country. They are the ones who continuously exploit the nations resources while further harass the black natives to fulfill their benefits and still leave them in a pity conditions. They are the ones who never would let this "Equality of Income" thrive in the society.

So we do know by now what is the actual reason behind the huge influence of WMC within every aspect around the country so we shall now have a brief look on what shall be done to combat the same:

• More Black awareness programmers should be run nationwide to bring a Revolution amongst the natives informing them about their rights across every streams of the society.
• More organizations like BLF shall come forward against the dominance of WMC
• The Revolution against the WMC shall be brought forward keeping the global powers by side as we all know that WMC got a good International backing so the natives should attract proper support from the people and institutions worldwide.
• The Leading natives should ask the government to draw an Economic plan which should serve in the favor of all the parts of the society and not only the whites.
• Seizing the various WMC ventures by govt. with only White Monopoly like Insurance firms, Mines and other institutions for a better distribution of wealth in the country
• Starting of State bank to facilitate affordable credits to the black natives
• SARB should be nationalized to push them away from Influence of the whites.
• Govt. should levy more taxes on the White capitalists who holds inappropriate lands and incomes and this must be used in the interest of the working class of the country
• Provisions should be made in order to ensure better education, health services, housing, transport, and all the basic amenities to the African working class on the same grounds as to the Whites.
• Proper audit of all the firms in regards with Labor laws and penalization of the same in case of Non compliance

If the above mentioned pointers can be materialized in a proper manner, life can certainly brings better to the true natives of the country and this would be the best tribute to all those Heroes of the country who have fought this battle for the rights of the commons for decades.
