1.Profiling

2.Promotion

The next stage involves the design of a promotional program which focusses on communicating the benefits of the property relevant to the target group, using a wide range of marketing channels to maximize outreach.

3.Initial Screening

As tenant applications begin filtering in, the third stage of the cycle is to screen the applicants according to the compatibility of their credentials with the requirements of the landlord.
