Indirapuram is a dream destination for many especially those who wish to own a dream home in National Capital Region (NCR), preferably for living purpose.

Indirapuram was developed by the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) only about two decades ago. At present, this residential area houses many prestigious projects by reputed builders for buyers belonging to various income brackets. Owing to its connectivity, steady development, excellent infrastructure, greener surroundings and proposed Metro network, Indirapuram is witnessing increasing demand for real estate properties.

Location and connectivity:

The area is strategically positioned among three prime business centres like Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad.

Indirapuram is comfortably located 20 km from Delhi on the eastern part. It is very close to Noida and is just 14 km from the place. It is easily accessible due to its location on NH 24. The property price in Indirapuram has shown a steep and steady rise in the past few years. However, comparing to the prices in Noida and Gurgaon, the prices are still reasonable. It is thus an economic choice for many. At present, the average rate per square foot for properties in Indirapuram is nearly Rs 5,450, while a year ago, the per sq ft price was around Rs 4,500.

The infrastructure development in the past few years has made Indirapuram a most sought-after place in Ghaziabad for buyers as well as developers. It has a strong physical and social infrastructure in place. There are many reputed schools, colleges, hospitals, shopping centres, theme parks, etc. and many more are coming up.
