Although snoring is a very commonly occurring phenomenon, it is not something that we should ignore. There are many anti snoring products such as anti-snoring sprays that are available in the market. These can be used to tackle the problem of snoring however one should not buy and use any such medicine until and unless a practicing physician prescribes it.

We may think that snoring is something trivial and pass over it. It is so common that every second house has at least one person who suffers from snoring. The snoring occurs due to the irregularity of the throat and nose. At night, when our bodies are at rest or in the state of sleep, the muscles in and around the throat relax completely. It leads to the opening of the throat becoming narrower, and the path of the air is obstructed. As our lungs are trying to pull in the same capacity of air, the intake speed of air increases. It in turn results in the vibration of the uvula and the soft palate, which leads to a noise referred as snoring.
