Although, it seems so early, but Christmas is on its way and you must be eagerly waiting for discounted items. There are endless options you could explore by visiting mega gift stores, but what if you give it a personal touch? Sometimes, your own creativity would make your loved one smile. Double your excitement with a decision of making personalized gifts for your loved ones which includes Christmas Tree, Christmas Cards, paper wreath, Pom Poms, paper baubles & lanterns. Craft your Christmas gift on a special day hiding a personal message for everyone close to you. Show your creativity in making a huge Christmas tree where you need a few rolls of tissue papers, a board of wood and vibrant colors which makes your tree looks the most beautiful Christmas Tree you have ever seen in your life.

Simply, go Online to see some amazing videos of Designer David Elder, whose expertise in making paper mesh products will leave you enthralled. You can copy the way he has shown to develop paper mesh products or just go to explore some other ways of showing your own creativity. First of all, we will start working on our very first experimental paper project, i.e Christmas tree for which we require lots of tissue paper which becomes very useful yet inexpensive way of celebrating this Christmas in a cost-effective manner.

Follow a few steps mentioned below to show your creativity using Eco-friendly products:

  1. Assemble raw material – You may need a scissor, marker, craft glue, clear tape, craft paper, tissue paper, colors and glue stick as well.
  2. Lets make leaves – Take two craft paper together and draw a half tree shape, then, cut the identical leaf shapes out of paper and keep it aside. Use tissue paper mash, dip into the green water color and stick onto the paper leave using glue to give it an expressive look. Our upper part of the tree is almost ready.
  3. Tree trunk – We need a solid material to ensure its sustainability, so, we are using a paper board for tree trunk. Let's cut it like a Christmas tree trunk and then, we use paper mesh dipped in a brown color and glued all over it.
  4. Join it together – Now, we just join the upper part with the trunk of the tree and allow to be glued together for some time.
  5. Time to decorate – Now, we will make glittery balls, ribbons and small gift box to decorate our Christmas tree. Just take enough quantity of tissue paper and keep it rolling to give it a round shape, then, we wrap this ball with some more tissue papers and color it well. Then, you can use any color you want with glitter gum to enhance its look.

Not only this, you can also make a beautiful Christmas card by drawing Santa and Christmas tree on a kraft paper and use colored tissue paper mesh to it an appealing look and feel. Just draw a Santa face on your card and use only white paper mesh to highlight his white beard. These are some of the best experiments you could do by your own at home.
