Are Your Shoes Killing You?

As more and more women reach new levels by including inches wide to the pumps of their dearest footwear, the paintball of their legs are getting out of alignment with the rest of the bone fragments, creating not only discrepancy in one's whole body but also a future full of combined problems, combined damage and arthritis.
Orthopedic physicians across the world are wincing when they see another lady stuttering in their office because of a shoes related problem. The list contains misshaped legs due to the shape of footwear, improved curve of the backbone, joint and hip accidents.
When characteristics designed us simply to move, it did not know that soon we would create relaxed footwear for ourselves that would be cushioning, heeled and relaxed. - Say no to pumps in your footwear, whatever the enticement.
