Negotiation skills training has gained momentum as businesses increase dependency on people and public relations.   • Acknowledge difference/opinions/feedbacks: Negotiation skills training would be incomplete without emphasizing on this point. It makes the other person feel important and his opinions valued; it also negates the possibility of a deadlock or abrupt end to a discussion.
