Memory is really an essential thing for each student. Good memory doesn’t require you to write everything. You can listen to your lecturer and remember everything. Unfortunately, not all of the students have a good memory.

3. Sleep Well

To be in a good mood, with clear mind and memory you should organize your sleeping schedule. Try to go to bed and get up approximately at the same time. Make it a habit to turn off all devices such as cell phones and screens an hour before you are going to sleep. It’s also important to decrease you coffee consumption in the evening.

4. Brain Boosting Foods

We are what we eat daily. Meal is a fuel for your brain too. It is a well-known fact that a diet, which includes fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, lean protein and whole grains is a very good one for everyone, including students. There are many different products which can improve your memory.

5. Write Notes

To improve your memory and train your brain making notes is one of the best solutions. You can write them to your note book or make a voice memos on your phone.
