Dubai, UAE: The International Congress in Aesthetics, Anti-Aging Medicine & Medical Spa (ICAAM) Middle East, organised by Informa Life Sciences Exhibitions, will take place 4 and 5 December 2015 at the Conrad Hotel, Dubai. The event will highlight the latest in aesthetic surgery, minimally invasive procedures, and dermatology, and will cover a session on business planning and opening a medical spa. Furthermore, live demonstrations will be hosted on Sunday 6th December at the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Hospital, Dubai.

Local, regional and internationally recognised experts, from across the aesthetic medicine spectrum, will reveal the latest anti-aging techniques and trends being used across the UAE, GCC and wider Middle East. The exhibition will host industry leaders such as Dansys medical group, AK international, and more.

Dr Mahaveer Mehta, Dermatologist and Medical Director at the Dr Mahaveer Mehta Medical Centre, is the chair of the Aesthetic Dermatology conference at the International Congress in Aesthetics, Anti-Aging Medicine & Medical Spa (ICAAM) Middle East. Dr Mehta will discuss the combination of various techniques, lasers, and energy devices in aesthetic medicine. He will also take part in a panel of experts on practice management discussing the development of the aesthetic best practices in the Middle East.

"This year, attendees can receive updates about conditions that may be treated via laser therapy and energy devices such as untoned skin, acne scars, spider veins and more. They will also be able to better understand how to utilise the different laser and energy devices in aesthetic dermatology procedures," highlighted Dr Mehta.

Some of the topics covered at ICAAM Middle East include minimally invasive procedures for face lifts in cosmetic surgery, how to develop, manage and plan for setting up a medical spa, body contouring, fat grafting, management of hair fall after bariatric surgery and various hot topics from the industry.

The live demonstrations are very unique to ICAAM Middle East as plastic surgeons and aesthetic dermatologists are able to get world-class education by actually watching a live demonstration in action. The procedures featured in this year’s live demonstrations are combining PRP with aesthetic procedures to achieve outstanding results, thread lifts, Neck/double chin liposuction, scar less lifting methods and more.

International Congress in Aesthetics, Anti-Ageing Medicine & Medical Spa (ICAAM) Middle East takes place from 4-5 December 2015 at the Conrad Hotel Dubai and will host more than 30 local and international exhibitors and more than 1250 elite medical aesthetic practitioners and specialists from across the Middle East.
