Rebecca Zygutis Tells Major Benefits of Swimming

Rebecca Zygutis is an outstanding swimming instructor who possesses certification for all skill levels and Red Cross lifesaving. She is also certified in Pleasant Hill California at the Contact Costa recreation center. For more than three years, she is a part of Stockholm based sports club and is serving the club. According to the needs of the students, she designs the swimming program for them. She believes that swimming is one of the great exercises and provides various benefits. Some of the benefits are:-
A good exercise - Rebecca Zygutis considers it as one of the best physical exercises. It helps both children and adults stay active throughout the day. Especially for adults it is one of the best exercises to maintain the shape of the body and stay fit.
Increased muscle tone and strength - For her swimming is a great way to increase muscular strength and muscle tone especially when compared to several other aerobic exercises.
Improved flexibility - She believes swimming puts the body through a broad range of motion that helps ligaments and joints stay flexible and loose.
Life saving skill - she explains her students that swimming is a life saving skill that everyone should know. People who know how to swim can help themselves and others when caught in dangerous situations.
Healthy Heart - According to her, swimming is an aerobic exercise that serves to strengthen the heart. It makes it more efficient in pumping and leads to better blood flow throughout the body.
Lowers Stress - Rebecca Zygutis feels relaxed and calm as the sound of her breath and the water rushing helps her focus inward and drowns all the stress.
Considering it as her responsibility, she never lets her students to swim alone. As in any such situation, there is a possibility of an accident with a young, strong or a novice swimmer. Even when she is personally providing training to her students, she ensures that all safety aids are working well in condition. The safety devices include megaphones, life vests, safety bouys & pools, dive bricks and dive rings, rescue boards, rescue ring bouys & rescue poles and more.
She finds her profession very rewarding and loves to interact with students and having fun with them. Especially while training the younger students, she feels relaxed and enjoys her work. During the time when she is away from her work, she likes to play different sports including badminton, football, hockey, golf, and running. In addition to this, she loves traveling to new and different places around the world.
