Experts of IVF explain that success of IVF treatment decreases with age. So, IVF procedure works best for couples who are 40 years and below. Surprisingly, there have been reports of women who are on the brink of menopause conceiving after IVF treatment although doctors do not recommend IVF for couples in that age group. Therefore, the younger the women, the better her chances of IVF success are.
