Even the best of teachers go through a phase where they hit a blank wall when it is a matter of not only practice but infusing them on students as well. Now you might be the teacher who has to take class after class all day long, right from companies to gym where you have to handle move chairs and tables, shout instructions etc.

There are many yoga experts who find it difficult to teach in corporate gyms after work simply because the students are yawning and too tired to try it all. Many students walked around as if taking a stroll in the park. This puts pressure on the teacher wanting them to get the hell out of that place.

Many teachers find stereotype teaching going stale but there are ways by how you can re-kindle your love for yoga back again that is absolutely cheap without forming a beeline for any new accessories.

Back to basics

You can start from imparting beginners with a 'real beginning class'. You can even attend a beginner class to get few ideas and tricks on how to make the session more interesting. As an expert, you might find basic postures quite boring as you are in pursuit of cooler poses. Warrior 1 is one of the deceptively challenging pose making it a new found focus.

Your favorite pose

If you are a student make sure you ask your yoga instructor to add your favorite yoga pose. For instance, if you love the side plank, you can ask your instructor to add the pose every time during daily sessions.

Your least favorite pose

You can break down few vital poses so as to help them get a good balance and a clear learning on how postures will benefit them. There is nothing more rewarding than knowing how even the smallest of posture can benefit your health.

Recharge yourself

Boost the energy level with meditation and pranayama. Go get a good massage or take the week off. This will help you to relax your mind from cliched boredom. You can even take on a new studio. Go out of the way to renergize yourself such as a holiday retreat to calm your senses.

Getting sick of yoga can be fatal to your practice. Once you notice the symptoms make sure you shake yourself and take the initiative to make the change in yourself.
