  • Lack or complete loss of appetite
  • Unexplained weight loss
  • Anemic condition of the blood
  • Severe cases of Crohn’s Disease may show its symptoms with fever

Besides, these symptoms showing up in the gastrointestinal tract, there may be other symptoms that can show up like joint pains, rashes on the skin, liver disorders and may other minor symptoms.

v All forms of drinks containing alcohol, Fizz drinks or aerated drinks, tea, coffee, and other caffeinated drinks

v If the body is intolerant to lactose, it is best to avoid milk and dairy products.

v Dry fruits and nuts, spicy food and oily food are best avoided.

It is always good to have food that has been boiled, steamed, stewed or grilled but not fried or roasted.

Though there is no specific diet plan that can be followed by all the people suffering from Crohn’s Disease, therefore, it is up to the patient to identify the triggers and avoid foods that aggravate the condition of Crohn’s Disease.
