Get to know more about Natural Gas Compressor suppliers
Posted: Dec 17, 2015
Consciousness about conserving energy, lowering emissions and reducing carbon footprints is pervading various parts of the world today. And this is what has inspired the major natural gas compressor suppliers to come up with the perfect gas compression lubricants which satisfy strict industry standards and are meant for various applications. They can especially identify and provide you with suitable lubricants for mixtures like methane, CO2, process gas or any other hydrocarbons.
Natural gas compressor oils and their features
Natural gas compressor suppliers usually have different types of compressor oils to offer and these are equipped with distinguished properties.
Premium Synthetic (PAG) gas compressor oil for wet natural gas this premium quality oil exhibits very high durability, stability and is ideal for wet gas compression or propane refrigeration. Advantages include less sludge and deposit formation. The oil is resistant to hydrocarbon dilution, prolongs drain interval and service life and is certified by ISO 6743-3B Classified DGC. Other features encompass superior thermal and oxidative stability, resistance to corrosion, wear, foam, rust and oxidation. This product is characterized by different levels of viscosity, pour point, flash point, specific gravity and grade and doesn’t dissolve in water.
Premium Synthetic (PAG) natural gas compressor oil this extremely stable, durable and high quality fluid is well suited for gearings, bearings and compressors. It doesn’t thin out by hydrocarbon dilution and retains the accurate viscosity for operations. Operating range can go down to -30?F. The oil inhibits rust, corrosion and hydrogen sulfide, resists wear, foam and has oxidation control agents. Equipped with superior thermal stability, it can be used throughout the year and has ISO 6743-3B Classified DGC approval. Typical characteristics cover specific gravity, viscosity, pour point, and flash point. This product is water soluble.
Premium Synthetic (PAG) natural gas and CO2 compressor oil this fluid is highly stable and durable for compressors, gearings and bearings. It effectively resists rust, corrosion, wear, hydrogen sulfide, foam and comes with oxidation protection. The fluid doesn’t dissolve in oil and doesn’t thin out by hydrocarbon dilution. Its ideal operating viscosity is maintained and operating range can go as low as -30?F. This compressor oil works well in CO2, process gas and natural gas compressions. Since it dissolves in water, it cannot be used for compression of wet or corrosive gases. It is advised that for high pressure CO2 compression, ISO VG 220 grade oil should be used.
Other benefits of using this oil is that, it prolongs equipment longevity and drain intervals, has exceptional thermal stability, and has very good lubricity which makes it perfect for use in worm gear applications. The oil can be used throughout the year and has ISO 6743-3B Classified DGE and/or DGC certification. Different grades, levels of viscosity, density, specific gravity, pour point and flash point are other features that characterize this fluid.
