Shawn M. Williams holds more than 15 years of rich experience in serving senior legal and contracts positions. He has worked with many reputed telecommunication and technology companies in various sectors. He has excellent communication skills and work ethics. At present, he is serving as a General Counsel at Alliance Technology Group, LLC in MD. He is at this company since October 2015, and is responsible for managing all legal and contract transactions and ensuring compliance with government regulations through efficient processes. In addition, he is also involved in supporting business development efforts.

Sprint Corporation
He joined Sprint Corporation in October 2010 as a Senior Federal Counsel, and worked there till September 2015. He fulfilled an array of responsibilities such as drafting and files claims regarding equitable adjustments and protests to GAO, providing counsel and support to management on government and regulatory matters affecting the company’s new business sales and existing contracts, managing and providing legal counsel on all types of government contracts including firm fixed price, cost plus fixed fee, time and materials, identifying risks and providing subsequent mitigation strategies, supporting complex transactions and providing expertise in the areas of Federal Acquisition Regulations. In addition, he was also engaged with stakeholders and served as in-house counsel with respect to government contracting and regulatory affairs.
American Systems Corporation
From April 2006 to October 2010, Shawn M. Williams served as a Corporate Counsel. He was responsible for anticipating legal risks in connection with the company’s contracting activities and developing strategies and solutions for mitigating such risks, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms of software service agreements, licenses, and related contracts/subcontracts, managing all types of government contracts, in house ITAR/EAR and IP expert, monitoring claims, litigation, and supervision of outside counsel.
Raytheon
Serving as the Director of Contracts & Associate Legal Counsel, he supervised the legal and contract departments of a multi-million dollar international software organization, managed staff that involved in providing quotes, reviewed and submitted outstanding claims and A/R issues that entailed reviewing contracts, etc.
Siemens
In March 1999, Shawn M. Williams joined Siemens as a Contracts Manager, and was responsible for reviewing contracts with potential clients and used interpersonal relations skills, supervising negotiation of applicable terms and conditions in proposals, protecting the company’s revenue by negotiating out potential business risks to the organization.
