  • ITIL Intermediate Service Strategy Training & Certification: Focuses on Service Strategy techniques and principles within the IT service lifecycle, required to assess and handle success and risk factors within IT services. The training imparts individuals with the information and practices for designing, developing, and incorporating service provider strategy to fulfill the organization’s objectives.

After completing ITIL® Intermediate Service Strategy module, individuals earn three credits required for advanced levels such as the ITIL® Expert and Master levels in IT Service Management.

  • ITIL Intermediate Service Design Training & Certification: This training imparts the purpose, principles, architectures, and processes of Service Design. It helps the candidates to understand the best use of IT services to maximize organization’s profit, and draw a relation between service design and other stages of the ITIL® Service Lifecycle. After completing ITIL® Intermediate Service Design Training and Certification, individual earn three credits required for advanced levels.
  • ITIL Intermediate Service Transition Training & Certification: It renders the knowledge and skills required to make changes to the IT services to align with business strategy and customers expectation. The training covered for this certification is such that individuals gain deeper understanding of how to carry on change management and improvement of service delivery in a smooth manner. On the completion of completing ITIL® Intermediate Service Transition Training And Certification, individual earn three credits required for advanced levels such as the ITIL® Expert and Master levels in IT Service Management.
  • ITIL Intermediate Continual Service Improvement Training: The training will introduce the individuals with the concept, methodologies and techniques of continual service improvement. It will also acquaint the individuals with the policies for change management; various risk factors, and CSFs. Individuals will earn three credits after completion of the training and certification which is a prerequisite for ITIL® Expert and Master levels.
