Focused efforts help to accelerate the process of weight loss. This happens because you are prevented from deviating from the important things. When you focus, you are determined to not let temptation take over you. This increases your chances of achieving your targets quickly. After focus comes repetition. Shedding weight and letting go of healthy habits only works to put more pounds on you. The application, thus, helps you to stay on track even after losing weight so that you are able to keep your new look. The last step is evaluation, wherein you get to see how far you have come and how well you did.
