Vitamins are a must

Well it is irrelevant to tell the important of proper vitamins in your diet; mostly people choose to go for multivitamin medications. But there are many natural dietary sources of vitamins like whole grains for B vitamins, vitamin E and fiber. For vitamin C include citrus fruits and vegetables in your diet. Also include multivitamins that also contain folic acid to benefit your overall health.
