Staging custom exhibits can be challenging, but with a few tricks and tips you should be able to pull it off and gain new customers and clients. Keep in mind that the purpose of these shows is to attract people, so make sure you offer the best products that you have and that they’re presented properly.

Location and Appearance

Before buying exhibit booths for sale, remember that location will play a vital role in your success. Yes you’ve heard the saying "location, location, location" many times already but it still holds true today. If you want your booth to attract attention and draw in the crowd, choose the best possible location on the floor. Just keep in mind that space in trade shows can go out fast so if you find a premium spot, reserve it right away.

No matter how good your product is, no one will bother if it’s not presented nicely. Use bright colors and put in the effort to make your booth stand out from the rest. Make sure your booth display displays the message you want to convey and that it’s large and clear enough to be seen in any direction. People will be coming from areas so it’s important that they’ll be able to read your booth’s message.

Friendly and Approachable

Your display needs to be approachable and have that "welcoming" feel. In other words your booth has to be appealing and put people at ease. Not only should your booths be handled by professionals, but smiling faces are a must.

Having a nice looking booth is just one step as you also need to provide information about your product. When people approach your exhibit, you have to provide them with pamphlets, flyers, brochures and other reading materials to stimulate their interest. Depending on your budget and product, a video demo on HD or the screen could be beneficial as well.

There are a few more things that you ought to keep in mind, not the least of which is your staff must be knowledgeable about the product you’re selling. If you’re having trade show displays Orlando for instance, your people must be ready to answer questions about your exhibit and their responses should be engaging without coming off as being pushy. One of the best ways to hold a successful exhibit is to have someone act as a host to provide information and answer questions.
