While the use of table covers and other products like table cloths or throws are quite common for business promotion, the use of marketing banners are perhaps the greatest among all. One of the reasons for this is that these banners attract the attention of quite good number of viewers at one time. On the other hand the smaller items like covers, throws and others for the tables are more personal types and they come in view of limited viewers at one time. However in selecting the banners one has to take care of several aspects.

Factors for Consideration

In case of items like custom printed table cloths there may not much requirements for taking care of the size and placements. These are items that have specific sizes befitting the dinner and discussion tables. However this is not the same in case of banners. For instance; banners to be displayed before a hall or building and those displayed in larger gatherings in exhibitions and trade fares would be different from each other. In determination of the effectiveness of the marketing banners to be used various elements like their size, placement and others are to be taken into consideration so that they are effective in generating the response from the viewers and potential buyers easily and conveniently.

Making of Banners

Banners are usually intelligent and innovative combination of text and images and they are usually placed in high traffic areas in the location. Some of them are also place in front of conference hall or meeting venues or exhibition and trade fare grounds. Common objective in placement of the marketing banners is that they should be clearly visible to maximum number of visitors around. They should not only be clearly visible to those attending the event but also to those that are passing by the event venue. In similar manner the size of the banner is also important. Unlike the Table Covers where sizes are not as material as they are dependent on the table sizes or can be adjusted easily to meet the table size, the banners need to be such that it can be visible from a distance. Hence the size will depend on the open area in front of the banner and the height at which it is placed. These are important considerations as without assessing the possibility of viewers coming across clear view of the materials, the banners would be virtually meaningless. Viewing the banners over and over will create awareness about the existence of the company and its products and/or services.

Table Cloths for Promoting Business

Of course smaller items like custom printed table cloths can also promote business but they would be viewed by fewer people from a closer view point. They are placed on the tables that are used by potential customers and the printed material on them come across their views and remains in their views as long as they continue to use the table cloth.

However when it comes to wooing larger audience at one go, the marketing banners are the obvious choice for any entrepreneur or enterprise.
