Ordination may be the acknowledgment by a neighborhood of believers that an individual has been called to ministry; accompanied by their commission to advance the reason for Christ. In our situation, people ordained with the actual NACM are commissioned with a community of Ministerial Ordination.

The minister in our God is a servant plus they should lead by helping, even as our Head of the family did when he cleaned His disciples feet.

2. There are several who dispute over the actual qualifications of pastors, such as whether women should be permitted to be pastors. We want and then briefly address this issue.

Notice that an appointed servant isn't qualified by being the pastor, elder, deacon and so on. These positions are often likely to be filled by somebody who has been "ordained", but being ordained doesn't necessarily make someone the deacon.
