• In the Internet E-mail Settings dialog box, click the Outgoing Server tab; select the My Outgoing Server (SMTP) which requires authentication and make sure use the same settings as My Incoming Mail Server option is selected.
• On the Internet E-mail Settings dialog box, click the Advanced tab and enter Incoming Server as 993, Incoming server encrypted connection SSL, Outgoing server encrypted connection as ‘TLS’ and Outgoing server as ‘587’.
• Click OK, close the Internet E-mail Settings dialog box and click next.
