Didasko Learning Resources Supporting the Skillaroos & LearnX Impact Awards

Didasko Proudly Sponsoring the 'Restaurant Service' entrant in the World Skills Australia World Championships.

Didasko Learning Resources is honored to be a sponsor of World Skills Australia supporting the Australian Skillaroo team who are about to embark on the World Championships in São Paulo, Brazil in August to represent Australia in the ultimate trades and skills showdown.

Didasko is proud to support Samantha Johnson, a TAFE NSW Northern Sydney Institute (Ryde Campus) student, who has been working over the last two years for this opportunity in the skill of Restaurant Service. Her journey started in 2013 with the local WorldSkills Australia Regional Competition. Samantha's regional medal-winning performance leads her to Perth for the 2014 WorldSkills Australia. During her study at Ryde Campus Samantha has been using Didasko award winning E Learning and VET Training Resources, blended with the outstanding instruction & teaching of her TAFE trainers.

WorldSkills Australia CEO, Mark Callaghan, said the competition showcased a bright future for trades in Australia and plays a unique role in emphasising the importance of vocational education and training to local economies. "More than ever, Australia's growth, innovation and prosperity are being driven by trades and skills. Last year we saw almost 500 exceptional young tradespeople show off their skills, with the cream of the crop soon heading over to São Paulo. We can't wait to see what the Skillaroos will achieve on the international stage."

Didasko at LearnX Impact Awards

We are pleased to announce that Didasko Learning Resources received some impressive industry accolades at the recent 2015 LearnX Impact Awards, a prestigious annual event showcasing eLearning skills from the industry. The awards aim to promote the best talent and best work connected to the best projects across the world of learning.

Didasko at EduTech 2015

This year Didasko Learning Resources will be sponsoring & exhibiting at Edutech, a very large educational trade show to be held at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre on June 2-3. The event aims to bring together the education and training sectors to learn, debate, interchange ideas, network and be inspired. We will have a stand in the expo area so please come past and say hello. Staff will be on hand to offer product information and demonstrations.

Right Way Accreditation has been granted to Didasko SIT12 Training Resources Package for Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Training and assessment tools.

This accreditation covers the Learner Guides, multimedia training content and assessment tools for commercial cookery, patisserie, food and beverage, and working in industry resources.
