This is a general topic whereas this is being seen in almost all the companies be it a small catering company or be it a manufacturing company trend almost is the same. The people born in 1980 and in between 90 many times been called as not up to the mark, high tempered etc. What exactly they want is that it is pointless to adhere 10 to 6 tight schedule job.What they think is that their companies should take benefit of the new technology like being on-line over the internet with the help of new applications like skype, whatsapp etc. They even like to use their freedom over on the internet by putting over comments about their senior behaviour, why they quit their jobs. People go read all that negative and positive reviews about the companies. What young generation needs instantly on joining that they directly get the biger responsibilities by getting promoted second day. Apart from that desire is that job should be light weighted. According to a survey 90 percent believe that they are worth their jobs in thought.This is a major change youngster want in their jobs. Next thing is that why this category is so much demanding they regularly require preparation, more praise, thinks that whatever they think is right and familiar to their only set of choices and that extend to work. Apart from that many says that my senior has to learnt from me. On one other side some says they are able to rectify old workers in companies.When it comes to counting of working days what young generation thinks is as per their feasibility they can mould their vacation where taking off every month for break.Whereas they criticize that kind of rules and regulation that if one employee takes leaves be itin case of emergency if it falls above limit given then that employee will be considered for the case of negative feedback in appraisals. Young generations are seeking liberal policies as older and senior people working in the company doesn't like to work more. What they do is that they indirectly transfer their work to new people or people working below them. This is what young generation especially doesn't like and its right as well.
