Paul Iulo, a former Detective and Police Officer of NYPD, holds good experience in account management, customer service, and law enforcement areas. At present, he is working with Professional Security Consultants as a Fire Safety Director and Andrews International as a Fire Safety Director/Security Site Supervisor. Prior to this, he has worked as a Security Manager at Metropolitan Pavilion, and Fire Safety Director/Security Manager at US Security Associates. In addition, he was a Fire Safety Director at Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC when working with IPSA International.

Paul Iulo has great interest towards sporting activities, particularly baseball, hockey, and football. He says, "It is always a joy to participate in sports, especially with friends and family members. When I get free time from work and on weekends, I prefer going for sports activities. I also encourage others to take part in sports, and I have raised over $10,000.00 in my kids’ baseball programs.

Busy lives and hectic work schedules leave no time to refresh and have fun with friends. Sports activities provide the best way to discover your inner selves, and enjoy some quality time. Even health specialists consider sports as the best way to make people stronger physically and mentally. Paul says that sports make people feel good and keep them fit and healthy. For an example, if you have a friend who is overweight and want to lose those extra pounds. If you ask him to get a membership of the gym, he might not be interested. But, if you recommend him sporting activities, he will go for it without asking any question. People who play sports daily feel much better at the end of the day.

When it comes to sports, there is a wide range of options available to choose from. Activities like cycling, jogging, climbing, football, and skiing are good for cardiovascular health, and you need not take any hard training or spend hours to learn the techniques. You can choose any time of the day whether morning or evening.

Engaging in sports activities is the best way to promote a healthy lifestyle. Most of the people take sports as a hobby, and the common thing among them is that they are healthy. According to Paul Iulo, companies, firms, and organizations should motivate their employees to make sports a part of life. They can build a sports complex, where people can enjoy some time after work hours or come early in the morning for a sports session. Additionally, they can organize sports events every 3 months, which will help the employees develop their interest in sporting activities.
