The atmosphere was great. We sat in front of the cooking area, and were amazed at the level of prep for each dish. The food was beyond great. We're heading back to Vegas in 6 weeks and we will definitely be making reservations here again. We eat at some pretty upscale places and I have to say this is our new favorite. We had the Beefsteak tomato, the Grilled Oysters, Classic Tartare, Robuchon Potatoes, Brussel sprouts & Striploin. Absolutely wonderful. If you go you have to try the Tartare, the best I have ever had.

Fantastic food, grill area was just phenomenal. Classic tartare and suckling pig is the way to go!

Bazaar Meat is beyond extraordinary. Words cannot do justice to the flavor of the food. The skirt steak, kobe beef, and robichon potatoes are simply divine. This is not the place for big appetites or portions, but the experience is like none other. Absolutely unmatched.

First off just wanted to say Chris was excellent and was very attentive. Bazaar always hits it way out of the park (Barry Bonds style) and has just so much to offer. We got our fill with the cotton candy foie gras, lox cone, sloppy joe (#pleasetry #iamstilldreamingaboutsloppyjoesdayslater), Jose taco, flat iron, A5 Kobe (simply the best, #realkobenotthatfakestuff), delmonicos potatoes, all the deserts. Please go here and you will never want to leave. Ask for the pecan pie tart and the capitan crunch tasting chocolate dessert, those two were some of my favorite ones out of like 15 and they were all good, these were just a little better.

I'd been looking forward to dining at Bazaar Meat for some time - luckily, I won some money at the blackjack tables which took some of the sting out of the dinner tab. Since we were dining there for the first time our selections hewed pretty close the "Greatest Hits" - cotton-candy fois gras, molecular olives, gazpacho shots, Iberico ham with house bruschetta followed by a slab of perfectly cooked beef with a side of Robuchon potatoes. I recommend all of it!
